(MOC): M:Tron Mining Base

Welcome to the M:Tron Mining Base!

I have always been a Classic Space fan, and because I also like gemstones, M:Trons are a blend of both space and crystals. I really enjoy the micro-scale LEGO building, especially because the detail is more packed into small areas, making designs smoother.

Here is an up-close shot of the magnetic crane loading the freighter.

And last, but not at all least: the minifigures! My personal favorite of the MOC.

The rockscape is superb. Especially the transition from the north-south angle to the east-west angle of slopes.

Thank you! Getting the slope bricks to fit perfectly together without any choppy angles was a lot of trial and error. I found that is was easier to use element 26604 and two of element 5404 to create a corner. I'm glad you like it!
