[MOC] 5 studs wide Volvo V60

One of the first Volvo V60's to be made out of LEGO. To be precise a model from the 2th generation V60 that was launched in 2018.

When planning to make this car, I was considering 6 wide as this is most common and easy. However, I challenged myself to go for a unusual approach by making it 5 studs wide. As you can see this works very well for this Volvo. By using jumpers, the 4 wide window and upper part of the body can be centered to create a modern look. In last rendered picture a white model can be seen. I swapped the white wedges that represent the headlights, for grey ones. In these situations it's very unfortunate we don't got any transparant wedges.

In the near future parts will be ordered to assemble this iconic wagon.

What are your opinions about 5 wide cars?
