Thank god this was frontpaged, otherwise I would have missed it

You're so talented putting together these little dioramas so seamlessly. They all look like official LEGO mini sets. And the minifigures are so carefully crafted as well. The whole thing is just mesmerizing...

Day 14. Minstrel and stage

Alrune - "Is that a novel version of the Lay of Lady Silverleaf? So many historical inaccuracies."
Dresghar - "Artistic licence, dear."

A cookie for the minstrel?

And where do the outfits of the last three characters come from? I recognize the minstrel's torso (market town), and except for the upper tan part, the thespian actor's legs.

@GeoBrick Well, yes, the minstrel has fans in Embervale who ensure he does not starve!

For the outfits :
- Dwarf girl (I just decided her name is Cingwi) --> legs from the 2025 version of Ahsoka Tano as a padawan (set 75401), torso from the good old Hun Warrior from CMF Series 12, and cape from an older Fairy Godmother minidoll (from set 41146).
- Scarred guy (also just decided his name is Brenn) --> torso from the SW Vizam minifig with arms from the CMF Series 27 Wolfpack Beastmaster, and the thespian actor's legs have been mounted on the hips from the El Dorado minifig (from set 70919). It wasn't easy to find legs that fit with this torso, since it's cool yellow (bright light yellow in bricklink naming convention). The decoration on the hips is actually normal yellow - but I'm really lucky because it looks pale enough on mine to fit quite well with the cool yellow!
- Minstrel (anyone has an idea for his name?) --> legs from the LOTR Lake-Town guard (set 79013).

I forgot : Brenn also wears the cape from the CMF Series 12 Hun Warrior

Day 15. Barmaid and patron

Dresghar - "I give it until tomorrow before the minstrel starts a ballad about the beauty of the women of Embervale!"
Alrune - "Then you have a mission, Uncle: convince him to compose one about the mighty fighting skills and short patience of the women of Embervale instead."

Lovely minifigures as usual

Especially with the waitress. The hood piece works well as a scarf with the textile part on her neck.

Day 16. Hatto and the courtyard bar

Dresghar - "Hatto! The Half-Elf who has kept us decent wine and indecent gossip for decades!"
Hatto - "Lord Dresghar! Have you cured your allergy to paying your bills yet?"

And we've finished the second scene - the courtyard of the Black Horse tavern.

This snow-covered pier is a masterpiece, I like to get lost in the details like the brown tones of the wood, or the presence of ice as well as snow... there is a strong winter atmosphere but also the warmth of the genuine products traded... I like it a lot! :pir-wub:

Day 17. The market square

Evrart - “Ah, the Solstice Market. It's all comfort and joy, and it attracts every pickpocket within fifty leagues.”
Alrune - “Don't worry! There is no pickpocket who can match the skills of my goblin guards.”
Evrart - “… That's precisely the problem, my Lady.”

The roof on the black horse tavern looks great.  The scene with all the minifigs and everything put together looks great, it looks like a bustling center for the village with all kinds of people telling tales and having a good time

Day 18. Bruna and gingerbread

Dresghar - “Bruna’s honey cakes are half the reason Embervale's children grow so suspiciously angelic at this time of the year."
Evrart - "Perhaps I shall try similar tactics on the goblin guards...”

Alrune - “Dragon bile, is it? Genuine, or merely firewyrm bile with a dash of red dye and theatrical flair?

Clever use of that small roller coaster track on the pull cart. I happily discovered I have the set they come in reddish brown too.
The potions cart looks quite intricate. I like the little we can see of that norse woodwork 1x4 tile on top, and the tan shields on the carts' side hatch.
Oh, and what magic happened on the staff? Its all bend in itself!

I am so far behind... long post incoming

Those horse heads are so lovely, I didn't know they came in black but that is a splendid use for a black one.  Pairs really nicely with the squiggly piece (whatever that's called).

I love the shields on barrels as little tables.  Might have to borrow that some time!  And the advertisement board is hilarious.  I am loving the witty quotes each day.  Don't have a clue where that light yellow shirt on the adventurer comes from but the way you paired it with the thespian's pants, even swapping out the middle piece, looks fantastic!  Wait, I just read your comment.  The middle piece isn't even from the same figure as the torso?  Brilliant.  Fantastic attention to detail.

I see what you were saying about the size of some of these minibuilds.   That bar is really fun, lovely centerpiece, nice touch saving it for last, it absolutely brings the scene to life.

Hold up there's something new... this landscape has curved edges on the front (by the way, on the first post you show the inn courtyard one twice).  If these all come together at the end I'm going to be stoked.  Love the combo on that kid, another torso I don't recollect ever seeing before!  The tan wheels look great on the potion wagon, nice use of those dart pieces as vials.  I need to get my hands on some of those crooked staffs, the first time I saw them I thought someone was bending their LEGO

@GeoBrick Thank you so much! I'm really glad you like the cart - It gave me a slight headache to build...
The staff bar is a new-for-2025 part that showed up in the Harry Potter theme for Quidditch brooms (part #7078).

@Kai NRG Thank you so much for your detailed feedback!
And unfortunately...the different scenes are not going to fit together as a bigger scene. It was my initial intent, but I ran out of time and did not manage it.  :hmpf:

Day 20. Storyteller and audience

Storyteller - “…and the brave princess raised her silver dagger toward the snarling werewolf!”
Dresghar - “Ah, the classics. The princess chose violence over diplomacy. Don't follow her example, my dear niece.”

Day 21. The puppet theatre

Alrune - “Did the princess just choose to attack a 6-foot tall beast with nothing but an ornamental dagger? The werewolf shall win."
Evrart - "The princess has the power of a pure and valiant heart, my Lady."
Alrune - "How romantic. The power of throwing a fireball would be much more efficient."

And here is our third scene!
