LEGO Star Wars fans

Hi everyone! I’m conducting a short educational survey about LEGO Star Wars fan preferences. It’s completely anonymous, takes about 5 minutes, and is just for research purposes. Your feedback will help explore what kind of subscription perks LEGO Star Wars fans would value most. Thank you for your time and input!

Edit: I’m a high school student in the Netherlands, and the information will be used for a theoretical school project exploring how a subscription-based service for the LEGO Star Wars theme might affect fan engagement and LEGO.

Hello @Ameyayayayaya, as you are a 1post new user and I just manually approved your account, please be aware that we are a community who likes interaction here in the forum. I reported your very 1st post, as I personally do not really like it when somebody is asking for support, without even introducing him/herself to us. So possibly add some more context.

Edit: For other users: I checked the form - seems to be legit from your topic. Generally I would asdvise all users who would like to participate to read the privacy disclaimers before participation (generally, not only in this case :pir-grin:)

Our mods may decide for your case.

The concept of a subscription service for lego star wars sounds horrible to me, to be honest. I have much wider issues with the general concept of just global shifts towards subscription services, renting instead of buying, paying money to own nothing, etc, but as it relates to lego, the idea of paying a monthly fee just to have access to sets or something might be what it takes to finally fully cut me off of buying firsthand sets from lego.com and retailers. With the advent of "smart" sets shoving technology and app integration into my legos, the fact that we're seemingly entering a second year of no normal system OT sets, and the exponential price increases, I think a subscription service is probably the worst thing lego could do that they haven't already done to this theme.

All that is to say, I expect lego to launch a star wars subscription service within 5 years.
