Count me in, too. Just got a "clearance" from my partner. Had to make sure our schedules don't overlap with his business trip. 

If I'm the only one from the south coming, I'll most likely take the train to Munich. Hopefully there will be a train station near by our accomodation.

To all who are participating; we have a bit of a challenge. @Holodoc (Stefan) probably won't be able to attend the event on the current date. We are looking into options and are wondering if you already booked flights etc? In other words; how permanent is your current planning for the event?

I have requested leave at the given dates, but have not yet bought any tickets. I'm discussing travelling with my sister, the train is still an option, but I should buy soon to get the best price.

 

Do we have any accomodation planned already?

i have not booked anything yet, I was waiting on the accommodation location so i could see if Munich would be OK for me to fly to without having to divert Stefan to an airport for me. I can fly to Munich from Bristol, but Frankfurt is from Heathrow, so it is a pros and cons situation!

Okay cool. We are not really sure what to do. @Holodoc is not certain he can some and I have been quite busy with all sorts of other stuff recently. So I have neglected to check out accommodations

Nope, not really. The guest house we stayed in previous years is fully booked, so that's not an option.

That is no problem, I appreciate the effort everyone else is able to make in order to arrange these events and would never want to take it for granted.

I just know from my location I will not find any good deals!

@Jim Do we have any preference where to stay as a group? In Munich, suburbs or any where else between Legoland and Bob Brickman museum? Do you need any help with searching for accomodation? 

From my point of view, an important aspect would be accessibility. How to get there and back might be a challenge if we don't have either enough cars or public transfer route.

On another note, I got a 25% off coupon at Müller for Legoland tickets (1 coupon valid for a maximum 5 adults when buying online). Can share if anyone is interested.

We're still thinking it over.

Like Jim already pointed out it's from my part sadly a 99% "NO" for the dates 27-31 May. So of course I'd prefer to postpone.

I'll only be able to 100% confirm my trip once the dates are official. End of May fits me well, while I already have some plans in June and not every date would be ok.

Anyway, I understand your stand. Let us know as soon as possible (🤞 hoping I'll make it for the first time).

I will travel by car and have only booked days off from work, but those can still be changed. I can join as long as it is not during Le Mans.
