[Purist Custom Figure] Skull Face from Metal Gear Solid V + Skull Face's speech jeep ride

I might not have a lego Metal Gear, but I do have bad guy to face. The figure is pretty simple but makes good use of a Darth Vader head. I also included the English strain of the vocal cord parasites.

I actually built it without Renk's instructions. I studied the images from Rebrickable and used the instructions from the 40650 Land Rover Classic Defender (great set btw).
