Any art-deco modular MOCs out there?

The Downtown Diner seems to be an outlier in terms of its style. I could see why it may "not" belong to the usual street. But I actually really like it on its own.

Might anyone have any suggestion of a MOC that would go well with this building?

Would really love to build this street.

There must be plenty on either rebrickable, or bricklink MOC sections, so have a look.  

I’ve built an amusement arcade (ground floor) and bowling alley (first floor), with a roof bar, with a hint of the art deco about it.  The interior needs refining, and i was limited by brick selection, but I’m reasonably happy with it.  I have attempted a Miami style hotel in the past, but had to dismantle it due to a house move, and never rebuilt it.
