The Roswell Rejects
Back in 1947, Aliens roamed Earth's skies unhindered until one crashed at Roswell, New Mexico. One of the captured aliens managed to escape captivity during the mid 1950's. With help from various Earthlings and a government robotics experiment, they managed to repair the ship and depart Earth. After centuries in cryo-stasis due to an experiment gone wrong, they've been thawed out and are exploring the galaxy. Their ship is primarily dark grey with navy blue piping. Viewports are neon green.

X-3BZ - experimental robot. Created from a mashup of Earth and alien technology. Super strong and has the computing power of a supercomputer. Primarily serves as an information store, computes navigation solutions, and enjoys cooking and cleaning in spare cycles. Happy to have the fleshies warmed up.

Annabella Smythe - humanoid. During World War II, she worked in a factory and discovered her gift for mechanics. Brought to Area 51 to help rebuild the ship for the government. She may not understand the physics, but inately knows how to make advanced systems work. Works with the doctor at times. Fiery redhead with a temper.

Captain Dennis Brickmast - humanoid. Test pilot, but turned down for the Mercury program. Flew F-86s for the United States Air Force. When offered the chance to fly a real spaceship, he jumped and never looked back. Loves zooming through dense asteroid fields.

Ybhttiaa'ya - Grey skinned bipedal sentient creature. Leader of the Rejects. Master strategist and a fair wrench turner. Bad pilot, which explains why he crashed the UFO/spaceship in 1947. Likes the crew dynamic and their abilities to fill in where he lacks in skills.

Dr. Hans von Rote - humanoid. Experimental physicist with the Manhattan Project. Sent to study the crashed UFO. His sanity has slipped with each new experiment. Thrilled to explore the galaxy with an unlimited project budget. He can integrate any new technology into the ship and enhance their capabilities with ease.

Sergeant Joshua Blackwell - humanoid. Served as an Army Ranger guarding Area 51. Befriended Ybhttiaa'ya and helped him break out of captivity. Weapons expert. Gets a thrill out of making things go boom, whether from close range or with the ship's plasma cannon.

Mr. Whiskers - feline. Annabella's long haired cat. Not so much a crew member, but a companion. Due to one of von Rote's experiments, is partially immune to the effects of gravity. Absolutely loves catnip and floating around the ship.
