[MOC] Imperial Landing Craft (Sentinel-class Shuttle)

I decided to share the Imperial landing craft ship design seperately which I originally created for this year's May 4th contest entry. Hope you enjoy!

I used the EU/Legends version(s) as my reference.

the wing connections and angles on the troop section and cockpit are spot on.

now we need a UCS version.

Nice!

Good to see this vehicle get more MOC representation.  I think this is the first time I've seen the 'official' Sentinel cockpit version - very nice construction technique.  Another challenging shape to achieve in LEGO and all the angles and tapers fit together really well.

I also like the grey plates integrated into the vertical fin - breaks up all the white very well.

Thanks, yeah it is pretty underrepresented ship both in Lego form or any other form in the Star Wars universe lately. I will leave designing a UCS version to someone else, this was quite challenging for me honestly.

Thanks for noticing the small details and some challenging techniques I came up with!

Speaking of the cockpit design, I think Lego attempted the Sentinel cockpit design by lazily slapping a wedge plate on an otherwise Lambda cockpit. For comparison:

Awesome! The shape of the original model might look simple but it is hard to make properly it in LEGO. You did a great job!
