[M4-25 - Rebellion's are Built on Hope] - Make ten men feel like a hundred



This is the first entry i finished, however not in this state, it was originally MUCH busier, with more explosions and characters, but after photographing it i realized i wasn't happy with it.

so i stripped it back, took away two thirds of the figures, re-set the scene and voila! 

this is not actually a scene from Rogue One.... or is it?

in the first trailer of the film, there was a shot of rebels running onto the Scarif beach with Jyn Erso carrying a data-drive, running right into the sights of the AT-ACT's Cannons.

that shot didn't appear in the final film however i've always liked the chaos of it, and so it was what my build evolved into.

A fantastic beach scene. You've got a great combination of plates, slopes, and SNOT working together. The little details like sand exploding out from the blast radius is a brilliant touch. My only complaint is that in your first shot the bunker looks like a facade. I know it's just a result of the depth of the build, but I would recommend thinking about that for future "first impressions."

Thank you, I’m really no good with photography and because I ran out of time I just went with the one that I thought depicted the scene in the best way, I’ll try to get the first impression right next time
