[MOC] Daihatsu Copen XPLAY

My 10th Kei-Car Moc! A Daihatsu Copen XPLAY in Speed Champions scale! It's been a while but i finally finished a new Kei-Car build! This time i wanted to do something modern, and because i already built a Honda S660, a Copen seemed like a nice car to recreate in SC scale.

It's good, but I do feel like the Copen should be 4-wide amongst all of the 6-wide supercars!

That's right! For older style Speed Champions which are 6 wide the kei cars should be 4 studs wide. But this model is scaled to new Speed Champions sets which are 8 studs wide, hence this size of the model. Thanks for feedback! I think i should also try 4 studs wide too as a challenge!

That makes sense - I wasn't aware that Lego car size inflation had got to that level!

 

Would be great to see the Kei car model next to another one in the same scale.
