Some parts are not available in those colours and the three main components are floating in space (pun intended), not connected. It wouldn't stand up to gravity, either... 🤣 In the show, the internal cylinder and outer shell counter-rotate and the arm/solar panel framework in-between is static. The reason Babylon 5 was even built is that Babylon 4 was stolen the day after it went online and sent back 1,000 years in time to serve as a base for a war against the Shadows (the big-bad of the B5 story).
