Weathered Fort

Part of something I'm working on for a modern layout, but which would have been originally build around the time of the pirates theme, so I thought it fit best here! It's essentially along the lines of a Martello tower, a series of small round forts built across the British Empire. Plenty of space on top for either infantry or a cannon, and space inside with firing ports in the very thick walls to protect against return gunfire from any (pirate) ships. This one was built a long time ago and ivy has taken root on the render, some of which has fallen off revealing the thick brickwork below.
