I like the idea of collectibles like this a lot, but the randomisation procedure seemingly needs some work  Both the portraits as well as the posters have lots of duplicates in the same set whereas it seemed to be better spread out with the chocolate frog cards and the Vidiyo tiles. I don‘t recall as many complaints with the latter two and I personally also had fewer duplicates with those!

Luckily, they all appear to be equally common at least. Imagine if they did this with Pokémon tiles next year, but with the rarity levels the TCG has!

Built the Going Merry, and it‘s a fantastic set!  Definitely my favourite LEGO pirate ship so far, but it’ll likely lose the title in September. I got the Kuro poster and fittingly, also the Luffy one, so only Arlong and Gold Roger remain. Highly doubtful I‘ll get these two in the Baratie, but we‘ll see

Speaking of the upcoming Black Pearl: kinda strange One Piece debuts the same year PotC returns, but I‘ll take it

I just built the Baratie and got five unique posters, one even with Gold Roger, whom I was still missing! …no Arlong though, so now that‘s the only one left

The Baratie is my second-favourite set of the theme! Such a fun, non-repetitive build  And it looks awesome on display!

Can I ask why you bought all the sets so early? From what I've heard they"re only exclusive to LEGO in August but will go to retailers in September which should mean some discounts at least.
