Hello everybody,

This year I gave myself a challengue: using the Assembly Square on a Winter Village.

To be able to do that, I greatly increased the size of my winter village from 4 baseplates to 15, and decided to plan it as an area like a plaza where people hang out and things happen.

I should say that using the Assembly Square was not easy, I had already modded it quite a bit but wanted to have still recognizable and that it would have an organic feeling and not as an outsider. And, on top of that, I wanted to place a circuit for the Tram to roll-on.

Well, that being said, here are the pictures:

  • The nativity area: (will get better photo)

Some stats:

15 baseplates,

+- 15k pieces

131 minifigs

Would love to hear some feedback! Thank you and enjoy!

It looks FANTASTIC! My favorite bit is Gandalf and Frodo taking a bit of a break from the quest to destroy the one ring. Also, Emmett is about to bury the photographer in snow!

Thank you!

Gandalf and Frodo badly needed a break from their quest!
