Eternal Maul Posted August 29, 2024 Posted August 29, 2024 This is my first accomplished moc. By that, I don't mean that all my previous mocs were not finished but more that I am proud of it and that I think I have done everything I could. I'm looking for feedbacks as I hope to do more and mocs like this to improve. I know that some photos are not great though, especially the close-ups, I'm working on it (and if you have tips, of course welcomed). Sentinel_Brix Posted August 29, 2024 Posted August 29, 2024 I really like the mood you caught here. I feel the tension and discomfort of the people who need to pass the check point. The scene gives the impression it's post order 66, right? The ground work looks cool and the concrete seems like it's suffocating the nature around. A site of desolation. The fence from the grid plates is a nice addition to increase the sense of oppression. This build would do really well for the Mysteries-RPG! Just replace the Clones with Stormtroopers to match the era and it's perfectly fitting. I would suggest you re-post it there with these tweaks. It would be well deserved points for your faction! Yperio_Bricks Posted August 29, 2024 Posted August 29, 2024 A great moc all around and you really can be proud! The dark orange once again shows that it's one of the best Lego colors and really shines here in contrast with the dark grey. I like all the trash and damaged droids, the Jawas carrying their goods, the Rodian wanderers. And I especially like the cargo crates, as they add some more splashes of color to the build. Are the 1x1 tiles supposed to be freight documents? I can only second what @Sentinel_Brix said. You should use this moc for Mysteries! Just swap out the clones and add some lines of a story. Or keep the clones as part of a flashback scene Quote

I wasn't sure if I was allowed and I wanted to use my P2 regs in a MOC but I'll do it for sure! 10 hours ago, Sentinel_Brix said: I really like the mood you caught here. I added a jedi in it but I understand what you mean. I took inspiration from MOC builders of the darktimesRpg and i know i've made it a bit confusing... 9 hours ago, Yperio_Bricks said: A great moc all around and you really can be proud!
