Expand Welcome to Eurobricks @Annie10! I don't think there are instructions for that model... or at least, none that I have seen. Eurobricks user @Sérgio is the builder, I think, and I have tagged him so he can answer definitively one way or the other. Also, we have a entire section of this site dedicated to TRAINS (called Train Tech), so if you are into that, be sure to introduce yourself in this long-running topic here!
