The incredible original is here:

I felt like it would be great to expand this set and make it slightly bigger and add more story / playability to it, so I've slightly re-designed Aanchir's original + added a whole section at the back. Hope you like it, the merchant stand at the back belongs to one fellow called Steve (it is manned by his eldest son Sam).

Always wondered why nobody ever thinks of turning that arch between both main buildings into a full-arched bridge while expanding Lagoon Lock-Up & it's just always left untouched? That's the most obvious area to upgrade in this set IMO :pir-laugh: Nice expansion tho

The structure finally looks like a complete building as an imperial outpost! :pir-huzzah1:

And without a small idea-marketstall, The backside of building would be just a boring "backside".

Hi folks. So I finally had time to build this set, and boy what a beauty it is in person. Aanchir's original design was good, but with my half it feels complete.

Enjoy the photos:

Great build, I would definitely buy this as a set. However, if I did buy it, I would modify that corner where the yellow meets the white, as it looks a little basic. Great stuff!

This is gorgeous. I've been toying with designs on an alteration and extention of this remake, but this is so damn clean. Really aces my friend. Looks especially beautiful in those real bricks.

Very lovely to see this built in real life (even if you had to change stuff like the palm tree construction that didn't work as well in physical bricks as I'd hoped it would)! Your back section looks fantastic, especially with the little market stall to add even more bustling harbor town vibes. Plus, of course, it fixes the lack of a ladder to the tavern roof in my model!

The characters you populated the scene with are also wonderful — I can't help but laugh at the one guy trying to carry three watermelons without dropping any!

I definitely considered trying to add a bridge there in my model (especially since that would've also solved the ladder issue), but I couldn't manage to come up with a design that I liked, and so ended up sticking closer to the original set for my final submission. It is definitely not a bad idea if somebody wants to give it a go!
