The hair for The Joker and Two-Face are made of Sculpey.

The Joker will receive decals and a trench coat, probably sometime in September.

For Two-Face, I have decided to use SirNadroj's "burning" method for the torso, but I have to wait for my suit torsos to arrive first. Again, sometime in September.

For Ra's al Ghul's face try bricklink for the new fleshie Qui Gon head and brown spikey hair like on harry from spiderman 2 sets. The others are still very accurate.

I actually have both of those parts. I did think about using them, since Qui Gon and Ra's al Ghul have the same actor. Problem is, the flesh Qui Gon head doesn't have the eyes I want. So I just chose Karkaroff's head, it looks more fierce anyway, seems more suitable for a genocidal maniac.
