Mr Hobbles Posted July 26, 2008 Posted July 26, 2008 Found this via Boing Boing: http://www.lego.com/education/news/default...t&l2id=17_1 Seems like it's a new robotics kit for classrooms. Looks very limited (Only two ports, one for motor and one for a sensor), and must be plugged into a computer to function. Comes with a motor, tilt sensor, motion sensor and USB hub to plug into PC. Looks like it's PowerFunctions compatible. The software also seems to be PC, Mac AND OLPC compatible. Check out the link for more info. Quote
Cardinal Brick Posted July 26, 2008 Posted July 26, 2008 Thanks for the heads up, it's intresting but I wonder how many school will buy it in the end. Quote
WhiteHexagon Posted July 26, 2008 Posted July 26, 2008 was just on my way over to post the same link :) Anyway I think it looks quite fun, I can already picture a small lego USB fan connected to my mac. As allways it will come down to price, and if it's targeted at schools it's probably gonna be expensive. Quote
