Seems like it's a new robotics kit for classrooms. Looks very limited (Only two ports, one for motor and one for a sensor), and must be plugged into a computer to function. Comes with a motor, tilt sensor, motion sensor and USB hub to plug into PC. Looks like it's PowerFunctions compatible.

The software also seems to be PC, Mac AND OLPC compatible. :classic:

Anyway I think it looks quite fun, I can already picture a small lego USB fan connected to my mac. As allways it will come down to price, and if it's targeted at schools it's probably gonna be expensive.
