This is my Bakery modular building. It is built in a 32x32 baseplate.
In the ground floor there is a bakery shop.
In the upper floor there is a spacious apartment.

It uses affordable and easy to find parts. You can easily change the façade color to suit your needs.

The pdf instructions are available at Rebrickable.

Nice one!
I especially like the ground floor façade.
Some tiles on the floors and we're away.

Keep clicking those bricks together!

Cool. Thanks for the PDF instructions. But it seems the link is no longer working, unfortunately. If there's another format available, please let me know, and I can try converting the file using the HEIC to PDF converter pdfguru.com/heic-to-pdf as I prefer PDF files. This online tool supports a wide range of formats and also allows for editing. Personally, I like leaving notes for myself, which is very convenient when working with such instructions.
