Sérgio Posted February 13, 2024 Posted February 13, 2024 When Medway Iberia bought CP-Carga, they changed the livery to this Black/Yellow. Honestly, I prefer the old Red and White Livery, but I already built that one, so I took a shot at the actual look of these locomotives. And it turns out it looks good in Lego form. It has working lights and it is motorized with 2 power functions L motors + Buwizz 2.0 I built this model using the "Vectron" Lego model From Beck and Nicolas Tbx Since the Vectron is the successor of this Eurosprinter. Their Vectron Instructions are available for free at https://open-l-gauge.eu Quote
Vilhelm22 Posted February 13, 2024 Posted February 13, 2024 Another stunner from you @Sérgio! I’m always so impressed with your MOCs with how you so rarely use stickers - many for the arrows would have done so but you’ve achieved it without! Perfection is one of your many skills. Quote
Toastie Posted February 13, 2024 Posted February 13, 2024 Can only agree with @Vilhelm22 ... I am speechless. See, in the photograph with the three attached locos I am not sure, but the other photographs certainly don't look like LEGO but the real thing. Wow. This is perfection to the very end. Congratulations!!! All the best, Thorsten Quote
zephyr1934 Posted February 13, 2024 Posted February 13, 2024 Another great MOC, really captures the prototype. Quote
UltraViolet Posted February 14, 2024 Posted February 14, 2024 I think I like the model more that the prototype! Very nice. Quote
Feuer Zug Posted February 14, 2024 Posted February 14, 2024 You nailed the Eurosprinter look. Making the chevrons work in bricks is perfect. Quote

Actually I usea lot of stickers, but for small details, or stuff that I feel that are completely impossible to make with Lego parts. The arrows uses similar technic as the ones on the "TGV" set Horizon Express, but a little bit more complex because it has 6 rows instead 2 On 2/13/2024 at 4:15 PM, Toastie said: Can only agree with @Vilhelm22 ...
