Stud.io instructions step shift

Hello, all the image / view changes that i made to my instructions shifted back 2 steps. For example if i've added an arrow at step 187, it would appear at step 185, same for when i change the orientation.

 

Please help me if you have ideas on how to fix it.

It happens, especially when you make/remove steps in between. All building steps should be defined before making the page layout. The only remedy is a backup (which I always make after I worked on instructions) or put in the hours again. And welcome.

I have learned the hard way too - don't make changes to the design while doing the instructions or that is the price you pay!

The annoying part, is when you are most of the way through the Page design and you need to break apart a sub-assembly to make the instructions work and flow nicely.

Once you are out sync, it is very difficult to recover - make sure you have backups so you can roll back.
