Visa/Mastercard are helping you when the store/seller are making problems. I know because I did use it a few times already from different reasons. The only thing which Visa/Mastercard (I am not sure how it works with amex or different issuers) requires is the proof (mails, pictures) that you did try to resolve the dispute with store/seller and you are reaching out for chargeback as a last resource. Works like charm :) I wonder only if you have write directly to Visa/Mastercard OR to your bank, who later write to Visa/Mastercard. Thank you On 5/12/2023 at 11:14 AM, JaBaCaDaBra said: Visa card service will absolutely do if you send them proof (foto's) of imitation parts. It's not a bank, banks wont return, creditcards however have a strong customer protection. I'm really surpriced! Because in Belarus where I lived all my live you can't communicate directly with international payment systems, but with your bank emitent only. BUT banks obey payment system's rules, obviously. EU and UK boxes should be the same, basicly LEGO has 2-3 versions of product, as also shown by instructions found online having 2 versions most of time (or a 3rd for Chinese themes) Instructions found online usually are indicated by paper sizes and also V29, V39 or V55. 'NA' or 'V39' indicates the US/Canadian version, 'IN' or 'V29' the international version, 'V55' the Chinese version. And I've seen V29 on labels as well when I received a LEGO set that came with it's original outer shipping box. US/Canada boxes have part number and set names onto them, boxes in Europe do not have parts numbers or even set names on most boxes that aren't from 18+ themes . And also that "distributed in the USA by" and US/Mexico/Canada text in English/French/Spanish is different on International boxes, instead it has text in english referencing distribution for UK, Malaysia and Hong Kong. I'm sorry for this rebuke but I always do this at Visa self. Just got my money back from an Aliexpress "person" that tried to cheat me.https://www.icsbusiness.nl/service/zelf-regelen/verklaringen-betwiste-transactie/?_gl=1*16ox9q3*_ga*MTc4MjQ5MjUwOC4xNjY5NzA5Mjg5*_ga_WJWSCYY30P*MTY4NDE3NTgzNS4xNy4xLjE2ODQxNzU4NjcuMC4wLjA.&_ga=2.192574755.807741280.1684175835-1782492508.1669709289 Quote
