Bricksbypidy Posted March 25, 2023 Posted March 25, 2023 A snapshot of the celebration of the Lotii New Year in Port Raleigh. It shows some inhabitants gathered in the village square to enjoy the fireworks and the traditional dragon dance. It's based on the traditional Eastern Asia Lotii culture. NOD Posted March 26, 2023 Posted March 26, 2023 The photos at night are fantastic! I like the Lotii New Year with sky lanterns, fireworks and the dragon. Great idea and great diorama. Quote
evancelt Posted March 27, 2023 Posted March 27, 2023 Fabulous night build! Stud.io really lets the background be black while the elements provide all the light - so cool. A GoC from me Quote
Thomas Waagenaar Posted March 27, 2023 Posted March 27, 2023 Woah, impressive! I really love the fireworks and the dragon is good looking too! Stunning tilework on the floor as well! My only minor criticism is that the rope the lanterns are hanging off is perfectly level, it's a pain in studio to droop them nicely, but I think it would be really worth the effort! ^^ Quote
Kai NRG Posted March 28, 2023 Posted March 28, 2023 The floor pattern here is so neat! Great fireworks designs as well. Quote
Ross Fisher Posted March 29, 2023 Posted March 29, 2023 Ahhhh, a fantastic build. As always, the lighting is perfect Quote
