simon_cornelus Posted March 14, 2023 Posted March 14, 2023 (edited) Hi, I made a representation of the number π in Lego. Let me know what you guys think or what could possibly be improved. I already have some ideas to make it even more of an educational set so that it is also visually clear what Pi means/represents... Vilhelm22 Posted March 14, 2023 Posted March 14, 2023 Very nice and unusual MOC! I actually like it best in the last photo, where I can imagine it as a wall mounted sign in a classroom. LEGO can be really good for maths and people have made some really interesting things - someone on LEGO Masters USA made a Fibonacci sequence tower. I personally would have the numbers reading clockwise as I at least find it easier to read that way - starting at 9 o'clock and going to 12, then 3 etc., but really it's what you think is best! simon_cornelus Posted March 15, 2023 Author Posted March 15, 2023 @Vilhelm22 In the wall mounted "mode", the disk should actually be just a bit larger I think... Thanks for your views and input! Quote
