Fanman Posted December 15, 2022 Posted December 15, 2022 I’ve just completed the 42131 - CAT D11 Bulldozer and cannot get it to calibrate. When I try to calibrate it the 1st movement is the ladder and it won’t stop turning. Instructions say blade should be 1st movement. I broke it all down and checked the transmission assembly, every thing is correct. Reassembled it and the problem persists. Tripled checked the plugs and everything is correct. Has anybody had this problem? What was your remedy? Quote
Jurss Posted December 15, 2022 Posted December 15, 2022 If You are really shure, that everything is built/connected properly, try to reinstall application. I don't know what else to suggest. Quote
Lok24 Posted December 15, 2022 Posted December 15, 2022 did you check the ports and cables ? Sounds like the motors are not the expcted ones Quote
Elizaveta Posted August 6, 2023 Posted August 6, 2023 I have the same problem ((( during calibration, only the first step is turned on and I can't continue.. what have you done with this problem? Quote
Mattmonz Posted January 27, 2024 Posted January 27, 2024 Somebody has solve this issue? I've the same problem with the calibration...it seems the app is not working properly Thanks Quote
williamyzfr1 Posted January 27, 2024 Posted January 27, 2024 I initially had this problem as I was careless in extending the Linear Actuators to the printed instruction pictures/lengths (see relevant pages in instructions). However, I could only get the calibration to complete once unless I reinstalled the App and returned the actuators to the specified build lengths each time. To date I have been unable to repeat the calibration without these two steps. Quote
