Suddenly a shout from the foretop. Lookout : Sails ! Windward ! To us ! Doctor Thaum : What's this ship, so far south ? Barney ?Saul : First rate one, Corrish made. An old hospital ship, 60 guns.Barney : He is right, Oliver. Bad news, this is the Messiah.Doctor Thaum : Not the Crusader ?Barney : I'm afraid not.Doctor Thaum : Megablock ! And it has advantage of the wind. Stubborn as I knew him, he won't cut the bait ! Aboard the Messiah. Voice : Here they are, your Darkness !Darkness : Straight to them !Voice : They have two choices, a long track leeward of us or a boarding in the fog. Doctor Thaum : You're always sure that the Andromeda maneuver the best.Barney : Yes Oliver, no doubt. What do you think Saul ?Saul : Does this ship have a good captain ?Barney : As I recall, no !Saul : So we can outmaneuver this one.Barney : You're in charge Saul, the ship is yours.Saul : Touch the wind !Helmsman : Course west north west, on the wind.Saul : Man the bow chasers, fire ! Open portside gunports with disarray, and don't load ! Aboard the Messiah. Voice 1 : They luffed, they accept the fight, your Darkness. We are going to board them in the fog after a full broadside.Darkness : Their maneuver was not very clean, the fear maybe. We have twice as much guns as them. Open portside, double load the gun. Fire with bow chasers as soon as possible.Voice 2 : Bow chasers... fire !!!Voice 1 : We need to luff to keep advantage of the wind. Come Abeam !Helm : Heading south ! The Andromeda. Saul : We are going to tack like beginners, Barney. You're up I need to speak with foredeck sailors.Barney : I think I've understood, that's a tricky maneuver, but afterall we have the fastest ship, let's go ! Helm ! They luff again !Darkness : Man the gun !Voice 1 : On a collision course ! We need to go on the wind for firing !Darkness : TOUCH THE WIND !Voice 1 : Their sheet were still harden, that's why I thought they were missing stays ! They are going to bear away ! Andromeda. Barney : Well done Saul, they're screwed, they will fall astern.Saul : Bear away !Doctor Thaum : Open starboard, ready to make salvation. Five rounds should be enough. Messiah. Voice 1 : The wind is hauling, we will go aback !Darkness : By Cod and by Thunder, they are getting out ! Andromeda. Saul : UP HELM !Helmsman : Course north north east ! Broad reach !Saul : STUDDING SAILS !Barney : Starboard... fire !Doctor Thaum : A fair maneuver, Saul. (To Barney) A pity we can't see his face ! Barney : The Leper Messiah was renamed Arch Enemy, Oliver, look at the stern !Doctor Thaum : I was still aware of that, Barney. The other is now called War Eternal instead of Leper Crusader.
