Thanks! The bonnet is a new piece from the 2021 Ghost Spider CMF. I immediately thought about colonial bonnets when I saw it!

Two remarks:

a) build and bonnet is excellent and

b) Man, TLG REALLY DID try (and succeeded) in doing such an ugly "Indian" minifig head back then...
