The Cobra Posted September 17, 2021 Posted September 17, 2021 A few weeks ago I built a MISB 60215 Fire station. I was surprised that the Siren was barely working (flahsing on one side, basically no sound) I checked the one I built a year before (60209), and it was dying too (it could make some sense, every now and then I used it for a few seconds) I read that replacing the battery may not solve the problem. Did any of you face the same issue, even in never-opened-before sets? Quote
JopieK Posted September 18, 2021 Posted September 18, 2021 Better contact LEGO then, they will likely replace it without any trouble. Quote
Johnny1360 Posted September 18, 2021 Posted September 18, 2021 (edited) The "one" I have is still working, about a year of very light use. Anyway there are two screws in the bottom, so it looks fairly easy to switch out the battery. Just opened up, just a simple 3v coin battery looks pretty easy to change. One thing too, although you probably already tried, sometimes you have to hold the button down for a second or two for it to actually start, instead of the one light coming on for a split second. TeriXeri Posted September 19, 2021 Posted September 19, 2021 I have a few of those, and when I hold the button a few second they start working again. Doesn't seem to be a battery issue. Quote
