Question on PU/Control + Lights

Tried to find an answer on this but didn't find anything. Do these lights work well with the Control + flagship sets? Both the Liebherr and Volvo should have an extra port, would they just turn on automatically once it's paired? Or would they only work with a custom profile set up on an app?

I haven't tried it out, but I'm pretty sure unused ports of C+ sets will not be powered while you are using the C+ App. With The Powered Up App it is absolutely do-able.

The Control+ profile refuses to work if anything else is connected to the hub or the layout is not according to the instructions. You need to replicate the functionality in the Powered Up app, and you can also add controls for lights or anything else there.
