where to get MOC instruction

is there anyone or any site that is giving out or selling MOC instructions of sets (preferably 3in1 sets) regularly and that their design is nice and you recommend

Rebrickable.com has many MOCs and MODs for free and for sale. If you want to upload your personal inventory, it will even tell you what percent of the of the required parts you already own and which required parts you don't own.

What do you mean? MOCs based on using just the parts from official (3 in 1) sets, or a series of 3 MOCs based on the same set of parts? Most MOC builders concentrate on one good design rather than trying to get three designs from the same set of parts like a Creator set.

What is MODs? and what' the difference

A MOD is a "modification" of a Lego set usually using only the parts from that set. MOC is an acronym for My Own Creation.
