Hello everybody,

My name isn't actually longjuansilver, but for some long-forgotten reason, that's what I called my Bricklink account many years ago, and now here we are.

I grew up building with Lego in the 90s-00s and have been a fan ever since. These days, I usually go through waves of interest in Lego; I'll spend a few weeks/months deeply into the hobby and then a few weeks/months with a passive interest in it.

My favourite theme is Castle. I've designed a few castle/medieval MOCs digitally over the years, one of which I built in real life. I also have an ongoing project where I build an island mostly out of spare pieces/misc. parts, however this gets worked on very sporadically (sometimes several years between each of the different sections.) Here is the island so far (as of 2020):

I created this account a few years ago and then never posted anything or spent much time here. Over the past few months I've been creating a bunch of MOCs in stud.io and figured it'd be a good time to check out these forums again and learn/share ideas with other people.

As said before, you created this account a long time ago but started posting only now, regardless the rules can be found in Forum Information and Help, with some other things.

 

Now, onto yer project - it looks very impressive, especially when given the fact that it's mostly out of spare parts, would like to see how it goes further.
