Help 9467 mod motorized flapping

My son loves this set 9467, can anybody share the io or lxf file about the motorized mod? In Vietnam, buying bricks is really difficult, I have to wait 3 months to buy enough bricks, but I don't have much experience with trains. Thank you very much
