Depending on the MOC theme. 

A Star Wars MOC would go in the Star Wars section. A Technic MOC in the Technic section etc. 

What kind of MOC is it?

I see. Noted. Thank you very much. 

It uses Technic parts but actually it is a game.

If it is all technic, then the Technic Section would be good. Otherwise, Special Themes is the best place for it.
