Governor Mister Phes Posted April 9, 2021 Governor Posted April 9, 2021 "Fortress of Hunyadi" by Zsolti (@MyFirstMoc) In this imaginary world Hungary becomes a sea lordship. That is why it was also his job to curb the activities of pirates. The Fortress of Hunyadi is built up by this occasion, so the peace can be maintained in the areas that have already been recaptured. The Fortress is a modular construction according to its era, thus facilitating playability. SUPPORT NOW! What you can find in the Fortress: Barracks Stable Warehouse / treasure chamber Jail Dining room Kitchen Secret door (opens from the kitchen) Officers accommodation 8 minifigures (commander, sergeant, 4 soldiers, cook, prisoner) Sizes: Consisting of 2987 pcs (with minifigs) Studs: width 48; length 113; height 35 Width: 38,4 cm / 15,1 inches Length: 90,6 cm / 35,7 inches Height: 28,2 cm / 11,1 inches This small hungarian fortress reminds you of the classic pirate theme, but in a modern packaging. I was trying to make it more interesting with a lot of details taking into consideration the piece number limit. I think that the Barracuda Bay has already proved that there is a need for the "Pirate" themes, and there is a great demand for this kind of sets. That is why I think that with the set a collector could be satisfied, or even a kid too, who would like to play with it. Thank you for your support! #BringBackLEGOPirates SUPPORT NOW! Quote
evancelt Posted April 9, 2021 Posted April 9, 2021 (edited) Great color scheme w/ the tan/dark-red/reddish-brown and the tan w/ interspersed masonry profile bricks adds an understated distressed look. Cool greencoat torso design and nice blue shakos! Good mix of tiled and studded surfaces - the studded surfaces will make it much more playable than some MOCs we see Edited April 9, 2021 by evancelt Quote
deraven Posted April 10, 2021 Posted April 10, 2021 Great build! Lots of interesting details, and the modularity is nicely done, allowing easy access to all the fun stuff you've built into the interior. That hidden door behind the rock is all kinds of fun. Quote
Professor Thaum Posted April 10, 2021 Posted April 10, 2021 What a clever one ! Very nice stronghold ! Quote
NOD Posted April 11, 2021 Posted April 11, 2021 Looks very nice. I like the many details. The fact that I can remove many parts to see the inside of the building is cleverly done. Quote

Merlict Posted April 14, 2021 Posted April 14, 2021 Very clever. Love how modular it is and how that inspires people to modify or expand it. I do feel the walls are a bit bland though. Maybe add some banners, different stone colors etc Quote
natesroom Posted April 14, 2021 Posted April 14, 2021 I love it and this is a castle man. I'd BUY two sets of these. Quote
Stoertebricker Posted April 16, 2021 Posted April 16, 2021 Great to see a fortress situated in a more oriental style like this hungarian one! Quote
