1gor Posted February 17, 2021 Posted February 17, 2021 I had fun with telehandler, but at the end telehandler wins, so I had to reconstruct boom which can not be done thinner than 5 studs because I have now extension cables and can not integrate motor at the top of the boom...and there is no 24 studs long axle, so I have to work with 32 studs long one (that I have from 8421 set... Luckily there is warmer weather coming here where i live (it will be +15 for weekend) Quote

Or is something slipin gover the axle? Quote

I have found one as you can see in my tread, but it is more suitable for 23 studs wheelbase model...to use connectors with axle is no option (based on my idea) because axle have to slide through pinholes. 1gor Posted February 21, 2021 Posted February 21, 2021 @functionalTechnic does XL motor performance differ when using Sbrick in comparison to LEGO PF receiver; or due to internal gearing XL motors has power output oscillations? Thanks Quote

Thanks do you mean why not all of xl motors have the same rpm at a given voltage? according to my experience the rpm differ depending on the generation of the motors. if you use sbrick the motor has more torque due to better power supply. the pf ir receiver cannot handle alot of amps. but this should not influence the rpm without load Quote

Unfortunately I don't have Sbrick, just LEGO PF elements. Only non LEGO part that I use is fishertechnic tire 80mm Quote
