Lego Store in Chicago downtown (video)

Hey everybody!

I visited this lego store in downtown Chicago. Please skip to 1.26 for right time.

For me very impressing where official towers up to 6 feet long! (not offical lego set)

This was shot short after chrismtas so most of the time inventory is probably better..

Very nice video.  Actually, the inventory levels look excellent for this time of year.  They had several in demand sets such as the Star Destroyer, Millenium Falcon, Hogwarts Castle, etc.  Had I been there, there would have been some sets for me to pick up.  You should see the Dallas Lego Store in North Park.  That would be the definitive example of a store with wiped out inventory.  Yesterday, most of the shelves were stocked with the new stuff, but after seeing that line to get in, I would bet they dont have much right now.

Ah yes this store is lovely, got a great display out front. I've had many a good time there. Thanks for sharing!

Wow, I don’t think I’ve ever actually been to this Lego Store before! I’ve been to Illinois many times and have visited the Discovery Center and Schaumberg Lego Store nearly each time, but somehow I’ve missed this one. I would’ve visited it back in April of 2019 during the weekend of Star Wars Celebration if it weren’t for a snow storm that cut my trip short.

Seems like they had a pretty good selection. I personally noticed a few retired/soon-to-be-retired Star Wars and Ninjago sets, namely the Death Star Cannon, Samurai Mech, and Summer 2019 Ninjago Minifigure Pack.
