My Speed Champions style BMW E30 moc.

I revised my 6-wide design to be in line with the new 8-wide scale. I think it turned out a lot nicer, with more detail captured.

What would you change? Which variant is your favourite? Do you think LEGO will ever release an official Speed Champions BMW?

Good point, I have a version without them, but I think it doesn't match the Speed Champions style.

Studs are part of LEGO, official sets don't shy away from them. A pure SNOT technique looks cool in its own right, but it's not the style I was going for

Hi @P3DZ

Nice BMW, love the orange version :)

We need to move your BMW to the proper forum, as it does not fit here fully, according to this forum rules (it needs to be at least 1:20 scale model).
I will leave the link so you can continue the discussion.

Also, one suggestion, when posting, always try to include a picture in your opening post. It is much easier to see the pic and text, instead of reading, then clicking to see the pic.

The 6 stud wide version looks really good. But that 8 stud wide....

That's a definite improvement! Not that it really needed it because the level of derail captured in the 6 version is brilliant. If you know the e30, you instantly recognise this as one. And excellent touch on the front grille too!! I wish I could do a gen6 celica as good as this!
