SirNadroj Posted May 28, 2008 Posted May 28, 2008 Here's a custom technique I've wanted to try for months now. Using Sandy's helmet for a drool bubble. You know that cartoonish effect I've talkin' about! The purist custom figure: Any thoughts? Quote
lego.ryan Posted May 29, 2008 Posted May 29, 2008 Very good idea! What's the blue piece on the inside, though? Ryan Quote
SlyOwl Posted May 29, 2008 Posted May 29, 2008 Could work for bubblemogum too What's the blue piece on the inside, though? Scala tiara? Quote
Shoc Posted May 29, 2008 Posted May 29, 2008 (edited) Good idea, but yuck! Could work for bubblemogum too Yeah, I think that would be better. Edit: I just realised - I'm a citizen, woo! :skull: Edited May 29, 2008 by Shoc Quote
Scouty Posted May 29, 2008 Posted May 29, 2008 That's pretty cool, though it is a bit lower... I think this technique would be GREAT for a sleeping piranha plant from the Mario games!! Quote
JimBee Posted May 29, 2008 Posted May 29, 2008 I think this technique would be GREAT for a sleeping piranha plant from the Mario games!! yes, i agree . very clever idea, SirNadroj! Luckily, i never got any Spongebob sets, but i think a lot of unique parts from that license could be implemented to many MOCs... Quote
Fluyt Posted May 29, 2008 Posted May 29, 2008 (edited) Scala tiara? Looks more like a trans-blue flame piece (at an angle, and part of it on the right side from the minifig, hidden from view) This idea could indeed also prove usefull for bubblegum. Edited May 29, 2008 by Fluyt Quote
zero1312 Posted May 29, 2008 Posted May 29, 2008 Why does this remind me of some cartoons? Seriously, a good idea. Quote
