42098 Transporter C model

Hi all,

I am looking to rebuild Car transporter 42098 into C model (MOC-34722) heavy duty truck & trailer from rebrickable. 

Question to anybody who has done this. Does the blue car require dismantling as well, or can I build this using the parts from just the actual transporter.

Thought I'd ask before I started pulling it apart.

It uses the wheels and lights off the blue car, as well as some other bits (LBG 2x1 bricks with two pinholes) so my guess is yes, it uses the car as well.
