Of course I'm an old fart that likes the smell of gasoline in the morning, the apocalyptic sound of a big engine and the beauty of motor's internals, but I kinda like the fact that our favorite builds now have a valid reason not to fake engines or pretend they exhaust anything anymore. It is one of the best representations I've seen of the Cybertruck in Technic, and I especially like the apparent simplicity of it. It reall is within the spirit of the Cybertruck. Postapocalyptic cars are not only about fancy weapons and such, as I see it. I tried to keep the Interceptor spirit as well, but supercharger doesn't fit to electric car. 1980SomethingSpaceGuy Posted February 24, 2020 Posted February 24, 2020 In fact, prior to Fury Road (which remains my favorite part), vehicules are on a whole other level of modification, and only seldomly are equipped with weapons at all. They are meant to be quick. Big slow ones need an escort and are an easy target for marauders, especially when alone. Which puts slow and heavy builds even further from the theme in my opinion.. This one here is close enough to what was done to 1970's cars for the first opus. Now, I agree, it may lack the ostensive blower of the Pursuit Special, but beefier electric motors do no produce that kind of external display of power. A more rugged look maybe ? The people on board are pretty exposed.. Or it's just not meant to enter combat at all, only to survive the conditions. After all, design responds to a scenario you have in mind for a post apocalyptic world and your vehicule's role in it. There's just as many valid ideas as there are people. It's just a matter of how much it speaks to others and only if you care about the ranking. ;) Quote

Since the V8 Interceptor (MM2) has two additional tanks in the trunk, this one could have two additonal battery packs ! This can used as a fast recognition vehicle - with a limited number of "TESLA Death Ray" (pun absolutely intended) shots!!! Ciao! Davide Quote
