Lego 80103. Dragon Boat Race.

Personally I am not very interested in something about dragon boat.

However, I am very attracted by that it has a lot of mini-figures.

The original price is $49.99 but now here in my country they have deals on the shelf exclusively for this set at approx $39.99 which I think it's a real deal.

What do you think? Does anyone get this set? Any regret??

Certainly a good value set, lots of minifigures was my main draw to it, but the parts themselves are still interesting as well.

No regret here at full price.

I regretted buying it right when it was released as I thought it was sold out. I never did return it. Then I bought another one for $50 with two free gifts.

So I got two for $100.  I'm going to keep one and make a NinjaGo display and I'll sell the other one. For 600+ pieces and 15 minifigures it's one of the best priced sets in years.

After a thorough thinking I have decided to give up this dragon boat because otherwise than that it has 15 mini-figures I am not interested in other parts.... I will pick the new Lion instead which is more beautiful overall.

I don't know what the prices are in other countries. But the Dragon boats in the USA are $50USD when the Lion Dance is $80.

The Dragon Boat I think is the best $50 set LEGO has released in years.

Now here we have limited time deal fro Dragon boats in a reliable big shopping center which are sold at approx. USD 40

but I am only interested in the minifigures and not any other parts so I am still hesitating

In fact it's only USD 10 less than the original price which means it's only 80% off or less if it's bought from somewhere else. That's why they are still full of stock and I am very interested as well. USD 40 to get 15 minifigures, would you??

I bought it day one & don’t regret it. The builds are actually pretty neat, albeit a bit lackluster. I was pleasantly surprised with the end result, not just the minifig selection. At $40, I would definitely grab it...since I did at regular price.

If you don't like the subject then don't get it. The figures are not that great outside of the set. There are four regular City style ones, one that looks similar to a Ninjago Movie character, then two lots of five that look very similar to each other. Unless you have need for these two squads of five for something that is not Dragon Boats, then what is the point of getting them?
