I really hope they'll stick to tan and medium nougat for the Astronomy Tower's walls. The amount of dark tan in the walls of the Clocktower kinda annoys me considering there isn't a single piece of dark tan on the walls of the Great Hall and Whomping Willow sets.

I thought it would be sirius motor. And the **** yeah part kinda sounds like how Hagrid would talk in a book that's not necessarily written for children xD.

All of this is what I thought at first too. I think it’s probably more along the lines of an anagram or something though

You can get ASTRONOMY out of it

that leaves HIEAHETTR

From there, you can take out RITA, leaving THEHE. So, THE, ASTRONOMY, RITA, HE. Far from a coherent message, but there could always be another solution.

Alternatively, it isn't an anagram at all and I'm just slowly going insane. Either way works.

HERMIONE THY TAROTS A

HERMIONE SHORTY AT AT

Yeah, I'm starting to think I might have been wrong about the anagram. Either that, or we're getting a surprise Star Wars crossover.

I for one am convinced that “HERMIONE SHORTY AT AT” is correct. I can’t wait for the D2C to be Year 1 Hermione piloting an AT-AT against Diagon Alley.

Ok just because I keep seeing people saying it this way. It’s the Room Of Requirement not Room Of Requirements

Lol, I always get mixed up between the two. In spanish it’s called “Sala de los menesteres” (which is plural) so yeah...

Regarding the riddle, I saw a comment suggesting it could be gibberish (Similar to a very funny instagram filter) And all I got was “Should you....” but I’m clueless about rent a motor. But seeing how you guys are really getting words out of these letters, then I doubt it’s gibberish hah.

I still haven't picked up the BYOA book, $25 felt a bit too expensive for me considering I would probably only ever flip through the book once.   Did those who got it enjoy it? Maybe I'll pick it up if it's cheap enough at some point.

I love it. If you’re a big fan of HP, I’d say it’s worth it. It has some great build ideas in there. A lot of smaller stuff to help fill a scene.

I hope in around 5 years we get those buildings remade (hopefully LEGO will continue this pin connection system for castle sets long into the line's future instead of changing it again). The Great Hall itself has amazing detailing but the building is too short and I think the 2010 version is a better example of the overall shape. The Courtyard section could definitely be improved aswell but the main issue with that set is the staircase tower. The tower being only 50% complete makes it almost always look awkward at most angles and it doesn't help that the other castle sections have to attach from behind the tower which draws more attention to it. They should have either given us 5/8th if the tower like the 2010 set and have buildings attach from the side or ideally give us as much of the tower as the microscale version. The tower was also too short for my liking and missing some of its most iconic features like the smaller turrets coming out of the roof and the larger section of the tower right under the roof (even the 2001 version managed to include this).

To me the 2018 version shows that LEGO wasn't completely confident in the theme and wanted to condense some structures into a single set in case the line didn't last very long. It's still a great set but it definitely isn't perfect and it's the only set from the reboot so far that I think LEGO could improve.

They have restraints for sets. Of course we’re going to get a smaller than it is Hall & Tower. They have a price point to work with. A not complete tower would draw more ire than a smaller than it really is one, I think. I do agree on the missing of the three small tower attachments though.

I don’t see how yin could interpret them not being confident in the theme? In the first year they released a CMS & a $400 D2C. Plus, it’s HP...it’s a guaranteed sell.

I'd watch that, not sober but at least I'd watch it which is more than I can say for the LEGO Ninjago Movie.

Being in the minority, I highly recommend the Ninjago Movie. It’s hilarious & has a good, fun story.

Maybe it's a meaningless riddle, and the hint isn't the result of the riddle, it's the fact it is a Riddle, it's a Tom Riddle... Chamber of Secrets set????

I'm kidding of course it's not that.

Do you ever wonder though if half the hints are just a load of nonsense to throw us off?

The most coherent thing I've gotten out of messing around with the letters is "A TENTH ROOM THIS YEAR" but that's still absolutely meaningless. I think the most likely thing is it refers to characters' names or attributes or part of a set.

The thing is, until there's news about which minifigures come in the D2C or Advent Calendar, Kingnono doesn't have much more to share with us. We know which figures are coming in all the other sets and I think one way or another he's indicated which minifigures which take up the last seven spots in the CMF:

Ron and Hermione are 99% going to be included

A while back Kingnono circled pictures of Lockhart, Tonks, Lucius Malfoy and the Weasley Twins. I think its safe to say these come in either the D2C or CMF (the twins definitely in the D2C)

Meanwhile other major guesses based off his hints were Polyjuice Crabbe and Goyle, Madam Pomfrey, Rita Skeeter (all of whom were not included in the above picture, I believe). I think out of all the characters listed above 7 of them are in the CMF
