Bobskink Posted May 5, 2008 Posted May 5, 2008 Finaly some time to make new customs. This one is not finished yet, but I'm already very happy with it. The contrast of the tan scuplted parts and the tan of the lego itself isn't that huge as it appears on the picture. I still wonder if I should ad stripes, like the real one. It would look more realistic, no doubt, but it would maybe look les Lego, any opinions? The staf was also very chalenging, I wanted to use existing parts. Quote
Asuka Posted May 5, 2008 Posted May 5, 2008 That´s a beautiful work.... Simply wonderful detailed, and the staff looks simple yet striking brilliant nevertheless. About the stripes, well, that´s a though question, although I think it could look very well. Quote
Sir Dano Posted May 5, 2008 Posted May 5, 2008 Whoa, thats some serious sculpting skill you got there. Very nice Quote
BlueBard Posted May 6, 2008 Posted May 6, 2008 Wow! You're a real artist! I'll keep watching for the final model Quote
LuxorV Posted May 6, 2008 Posted May 6, 2008 This is a real beauty I'll check again to see the final version LuxorV Quote
Hewman Posted May 7, 2008 Posted May 7, 2008 brilliant! As for the stripes, it's a tough call, they might make it look too busy. Maybe the stripes could be in a fairly subtle colour, not quite as obvious as the ones in the movie. Quote
