Is This Factory Sealed With Tape?

Hello, I picked this small set up the other day for a few bucks.  I was wondering if this is tape, factory sealed from Lego?  Most of the small boxes I have seen are glued shut.  Based on the markings on the tape, my guess is that it is factory sealed, but I wanted to check with the experts.  Thank you.

Sorry.  I thought I added the pictures before, but I guess not.  Picture uploaded now.  There are 4 pieces of tape like this.  All with black rectangles and "05 R 8"

Yeah that looks legitimate. Larger boxes are typically taped like that. And that number/letter sequence actually helps them track batches if you were to call in and report a broken or missing piece they sometimes ask for that.

Yeah, that's definitely factory sealed.

@jclark50 Yes these look real. It was a good idea to check though. I have gotten a set that looked sealed and it turned out to be used when I opened it. It is really surprising to see the trouble that people go to to make sets look sealed.
