some questions about purchasing on bricklink

Hi. I have never purchased on bricklink but since I find that their prices for polybags are very reasonable and that it's quite unlikely to reseal a polybag so I want to try on bricklink, instead of Amazon. Is Paypal the only reliable way to pay for bricklink? If I send cash or bank wire, is it more risky??
