Faramir Posted May 4, 2008 Posted May 4, 2008 (edited) Hey, I've been trying make some decals lately but I've been having a lot of trouble with getting the colors to match perfectly (Especially dark green, anyone who can get me a perfect dark green gets a cookie.) Even when I put my printer on maximum DPI it comes out wrong! As I am still sort of new here, I was just wondering... do we have some sort of color index for customization? This would be pretty helpful for making decals in general. If so, could someone please show me? Thanks, Faramir Edited May 4, 2008 by Faramir Quote
PSPguy Posted May 5, 2008 Posted May 5, 2008 IT depends what program are you using? No matter what the easiest thing to do is make a circle with one dark green change it to darker/lighter and make that a circle and keep doing that and then print it out and pick which one looks the closest. :-) Quote

I guess I could try doing that, but I don't think I have the time or patience to do that. I guess I could, but if someone has a dark green that they use regularly that would be a big help. Shadows Posted May 10, 2008 Posted May 10, 2008 Thank you . I happened to be the first one to notice that, and to have the right file to fix it Very nice job! In order to prevent an accident like that from happening again, I've created a new colour chart topic, as well as a new, more complete, chart. If you'd like to post the one you have in that thread as well, please feel free. Should be able to maintain it a little better there. Thanks again! Quote
