TLG take-down of custom 3D printed parts for infringement

It could be that the part designed used and sold in the MOC is of such significance that they wish to produce the item as part of their range without paying royalties.

The argument here is about the use of their trademarked name - they can't just wander around and kill other people's IP which reside in a shape/design that isn't theirs.
