Can't find part in picture

Hi community,

I found that great graveyard on flickr (https://www.flickr.com/photos/vitreolum/20920542846/in/pool-lego/) that contains a brown hose/tube-like part (see image).

Despite extensive search I don't seem to be able to identify that part. Does anyone know what part number that is or if it's even original Lego?

I'm 99% positive it's that one in reddish brown.

It does look like that whip. You could always ask the creator of it - he is a member here @vitreolum. He is very well known for some amazing parts use but I think in this case it is the simple whip.

Yes, if you look closely you can see the texture on the handle end of the whip, so it's either 88704 or 61975.
